I have already been to Backstage at Ciampino three times in the last two years and each experience has been extremely positive. The staff is always friendly, kind and very professional. On every occasion they created impeccable hairstyles for me, just as I requested, both in terms of styling and color. They are particularly good at lightening and balayage, performing them with the utmost care so as not to damage the hair. In fact, every time I leave the salon my hair appears healthier and shinier than before! Prices are absolutely fair and competitive compared to the average. Furthermore, waiting times are short and this allows you not to waste too much time in the salon. They use high quality products and the equipment is always perfectly sanitized. The environment is clean and comfortable. I have to give particular kudos to their senior colorist, who on one visit was able to admirably fix a bleach job done terribly elsewhere a few days earlier. My ends were burned and the regrowth was handled roughly. He managed to restore the beauty and shine of my hair with a complete new color and expert lightening. I highly recommend Backstage for impeccable styling and coloring services and excellent value.

Appointment made via Instagram where he told me balayage treatment for 160 euros included everything (treatment and cut). For chat specify that I will not have surprises at the checkout..😂 When I arrived at the salon, only after having explained that I wanted to cut my hair did she tell me that the haircut guy wasn't there, she repeated to me several times that the mistake was theirs and that she would have taken 10 euros from me. I said I would return but with the 10 euro denomination and he said he no longer had pleasure in treating me. Lack of professionalism, arrogant without knowing how to communicate with the customer. Really very sorry and disappointed once I left this salon, having said that but... I show a photo of the color I would have liked to do, among other things a photo of one of their works, so there were all the conditions to give me all the necessary information beforehand. I finally go this morning after about three weeks of waiting, I see the photo of the color again and they put me to wash it. Let me start by saying that I usually spend at least half a day at the hairdresser because I really have a lot of hair, then I have to dye it first because unfortunately I have white hair in some places and then move on to coloring the lengths. Washed around a quarter to 11am and arrived home around 12.20pm 😅 Ready to style myself I look in the mirror and think damn my hair is exactly the same as how I came in 🙃 they explain to me AFTER that they couldn't proceed with doing it the requested color directly because they had to fix the base color first.... well 🙃 I ask for a choppy blow-dry that lasts from Ciampino to Morena... well 🙃, but unfortunately this often happens to me because having a lot of hair, the person who does the styling does it's annoying and if you don't dry it well it won't hold up, but ask yourself if you've got the wrong job 😅... I come home, I put my hair up because it's time to cook and I notice that at the base I still have my dear white hair!!! All this for 150.00 euros eccheccaxxo!!!

Also no...😡 balayage package including color mask cut €160 suits me... the cut can't be done because the boyfriend isn't there... he tells me he'll deduct it from the cost... morale takes away €10 ...I pointed out that the haircut costs more and he replied rudely and arrogantly that it wasn't his problem...while confirming that the mistake was theirs...so I suggested he make another appointment for the haircut and I would have given him the €10... he told me no because it wasn't convenient for him...🤔and if I didn't go there anymore he wouldn't have given a damn 🤣...but who goes back Go take a cutting course and learn some manners 👋
